project manager at Jewel Box Platinum 2018 to present
Jewel Box Platinum (jewelboxplatinum.com) is one of the three companies in the United States that fabricates RIAA certified gold and platinum awards. At JBP, I work with record labels and artist management teams to help them design custom awards for their artists or order standard awards for others involved in the project. From there, I interface with our production team and oversee that the order is completed correctly and on time. Through this job I’ve learned a lot about custom framing, as that is the foundation of the company, as well as the music industry in Los Angeles.

studio assistant to sculptor Mark Grote 2014 to 2017
Ran administrative and studio happenings for artist Mark Grote at Loyola University, including work in the wood and metal shops as well as organizing the office and library. It was my responsibility to organize and coordinate with other assistants, as well as set up meetings, appointments, design print media for events and exhibitions, and keep track of scheduling.
curatorial assistant at PARSE gallery 2016 to 2017
Helped to curate exhibitions as well as the prep work leading up to them at local New Orleans gallery space PARSE. At PARSE, I learned how to properly prepare a gallery for an exhibition, building and spackling walls, laying them out, as well as the actual hanging process. Working closely with their in house graphic designer, I designed many print materials for their exhibitions.
untitled visual arts collective
President from 2016 to 2018. As a collective we organize and curate shows at Loyola University as well as the greater New Orleans area with the intention of fostering a community for young artists. With Untitled, I curated 8 exhibitions throughout the course of my college career, as well as set up events for students and locals alike, including late night crafting sessions and sales, lectures, and demonstrations.
